This cast iron wok, crafted using time-honored Chinese techniques, is versatile for use on both gas and electric stovetops. It features a natural, non-stick surface without any artificial coating, which will enhance with proper daily care.

Colour Note: The wok arrives in its natural metallic hue as shown in the product image. It requires an initial seasoning, known in Mandarin as 'opening the pot', to prepare the surface for cooking and to prevent rust.

Upon processing, the wok will appear dark blue, which is less susceptible to rust. We ensure this step is done before dispatch at no extra charge. However, due to the individualized hand-finishing process, colour variations or slight surface imperfections may occur. These do not compromise the wok's performance. A thorough cleaning followed by regular maintenance is all that’s needed for optimal use.
